The Sales Executive will be responsible for re-generating and expanding business, ultimately contributing creatively to the growth of our company.This position is geared towards a qualified assessor; a highly organized scheduler with a natural ability to thrive in repetition (and telephone dialing!). You are a thoughtful listener who closes the sale. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide daily follow up on unsold proposals.
Actively listen and schedule follow up for future contact where appropriate.
Utilize a strong ability to overcome objection.
Convey a natural joy for talking to people on the phone.
Will provide clear and accurate proposal/pricing information to clients.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of two years of successful experience in, what is preferably, a direct to consumer sales role.
High-level ability to remain friendly, focused and self-motivated during follow up calls in order to effectively uncover, qualify, and capture new business.
Possess a strong sense of team and a true desire to help others.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ideal, combined skill set of analyzing simple data while providing a customer focused outcome.
Availability to afternoons (00:00AM – 0:00PM) and some Saturdays.
Possess strong presentation, negotiation, closing and follow up skills
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed sales goals
Construction experience a plus
Must have reliable transportation
